How can I check if a company is member of FIDI?

Browse through our members list which you can find in the main index of our FIDI website: (FIDI Network > "Find your FIDI Mover")
This on-line directory shows exhaustively and in real time all the FIDI members.

How can I contact a FIDI member?

Browse through our on-line directory "Find a FIDI mover". When you select a country, you will find a list of all our affiliates in this country.  If you click on the company name, you will have immediate access.

I am looking for an agent in a country without FIDI member.

We suggest you contact a FIDI member in one of the neighbouring countries who may recommend you an agent.

A non FIDI company is displaying the FIDI-FAIM logos in their website.

This is indeed forbidden because they are not a FIDI member. Please inform FIDI at services@fidi.com

I want to become a member of the FIDI Global Alliance.

To become a FIDI Affiliate, your company will need to go through a quality compliance procedure called FAIM. The prerequisite to apply for FAIM is that your company must be involved since at least two financial years in the international moving business. The compliance procedures are handled by Ernst & Young.
