Registrations
Who can register to FIDI training?
Only FIDI members and FIDI applicants can register to FIDI training.
How can I register to a FIDI Academy training?
For seminars: send an email to academy@fidi.com mentioning:
- The name, the dates & location of the training (Example : MiM - February 2010 - Zurich)
- The name & email address of the participant
- The name & email address of the manager
For webinars: send an email to academy@fidi.com mentioning:
- The name, the date & time of the session (Example : Selling Effectively - Aug.29 at 5pm GMT)
- The name & email address of the participants
- The name & email address of the manager

Which number do we have to dial to connect to a webinar session?
You can find the phone number on our webex phonelist which you receive with the webinar instructions.
If the phone number for your country is not mentioned on the list, please call to the number listed for the nearest country to you.
EiM - MiM Seminars
Can I receive a list with the participants registered to EiM/MiM?
If you have registered to the seminar, you will receive a participant’s list a few weeks prior to the seminar. The final list of particpants will be distributed on site.
Do we receive a list with ranking results of EiM exams?
We do not send a ranking list. We do not share individual results. We do send a letter first to each manager, then to each student to announce whether they have obtained the EiM diploma or not.
The top student of each session is informed personally.
